THE INVITATION SUITE ——————————- Sleek and sophisticated is this invitation suite. The card features an outline of the mountains and beautiful trees set in Lake Tahoe perfect for a mountain wedding. The colors shown are midnight navy and champagne but are easily changed to match your preferred colors. THE DETAILS —————– INVITATION AND RSVP CARD – Both the invitation and reply card are flat cards. The front of the card features the outline of the mountain and tree outlines in navy and will be customized with your specific event details. The current text is printed in navy. SIZE – Invitation: A7 (5″w x 7″h); Reply Card: A1 (5″w x 3.5″h) ENVELOPE LINING – The invitation envelopes are hand lined. The reply envelope is not lined. The design is a dark navy ombre background with a graphic of the mountains of Lake Tahoe in a light champagne color printed on a textured paper. The envelope has a European (pointed) flap. PAPER – The invitation suite is printed on high quality, 100lb white, textured felt cover stock. Other paper options may be available upon request. Other paper options may be available upon request including smooth matte, heavy cotton or cream color papers. ENVELOPE – The envelope is a smooth paper in a midnight color. QUANTITY – Any quantity of invitations can be accommodated. Please reference the “Pricing” section for the four-piece invitation suite pricing in quantities of 25. Quantities under 25 sets will include a $25 proofing fee. ADDITIONAL WEDDING PAPER ITEMS – I can easily design additional items for your wedding suite! Whether it is a website card, information card, table numbers or thank you cards, just send me a message telling me what you need. (Please see the “pricing” section below.) SAMPLES ————- This listing is for a sample invitation only. I strongly encourage purchasing a sample, so you can see the print colors and feel the paper. This is the best way to know if this invitation suite will be right for you! In the sample, I include the invitation, lined envelope, reply card and reply envelope. I also include a sample of font pairings. When you purchase the sample, please send me an Etsy message or add a note in the “notes to seller” field to let me know your desired quantity, desired date to receive the invitations and if you would like to modify the colors or design. In addition to preparing the hard copy sample, I will also prepare a pricing estimate for you, so you have all the information you need to make your decision. For samples, please allow 3-5 days for purchase date for processing. TIMELINE ————- Once you decide this invitation suite is the right fit for you, I will create an Etsy listing just for your invitation suite. To begin the invitation design process, please complete the deposit payment (50% of total) using the Etsy link. After payment is completed, I will email you a questionnaire to gather your event details. I will use those event details to populate the different pieces of the invitation suite and then email you a pdf with the digital proofs. You will then review the proofs and can request to make changes. three rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will be charged at $30 per new draft. The proofing process does take time and we want to make sure we get it exactly right so please plan for 2-4 weeks for proofing. My response time to each revision will be no later than three business days. During this step, you will also be checking for accuracy of details provided in the invitation or stationery. Please check for spelling, dates and times. While I complete a review on my own, the client is ultimately responsible for ensuring complete accuracy of the information. Once you are fully satisfied with the design and have provided your approval, you will receive another link via Etsy to complete your final payment. When checking out you may select your shipping preference and the shipping amount will be calculated. Items are shipped via USPS. After the final payment has been completed, the items will go to print. No changes may be made without incurring an additional fee once printing commences. Please allow 10-14 business days after payment for items to be printed and finished. Once items have shipped, a notification and tracking number will be provided to you. Rush processing is available for a fee upon request and based on my availability. Please let me know if require rush processing. PRICING ———— Pricing listed below includes four pieces (invitation, invitation envelope with liner, reply card and reply card envelope). This price includes the assembly of the liners in the envelope, so you will not be doing any gluing! Pricing for the four pieces as follows: 50 sets – $262.50; 75 sets – $393.75; 100 sets – $525; 125 sets – $656.25; 150 sets – $787.50 Other paper products and finishing touches available upon request: • Details card (Size A2) – $1.00 each • Map (Size A2) – Custom design fee $35; $1.00 each • Tented place cards – blank – $1.25 each • Tented place cards with guest names (and table number) – $2.25 • Thank you notes –fold over cards (blank inside) with unlined envelopes – $2.00 each • Thank you notes –fold over cards (blank inside) with lined envelopes – $2.50 each • Lined Envelope Only – Size A7 with liner adhered into envelope – $2.00 each Please note modifications can be made and a new quote will be provided based on the final design requirements. CUSTOM ORDERS ————————- Like what you see but want it a little different? Let’s make a custom order! There are different levels of customization and may incur a design fee. SEMI-CUSTOM: Changing fonts and colors but keeping the overall design is considered semi-custom and will not require a design fee. CUSTOM: Altering the design or including a new design is considered custom and will require a design fee starting at $50.
